SmartSniff will allow users you to capture TCP/IP packets that pass through your network adapter and view the captured data as sequence of conversations between servers and clients.
You can view the TCP/IP conversations in Ascii mode (for text-based protocols, like HTTP, SMTP, POP3 and FTP.) or as hex dump. (for non-text base protocols, like DNS)
SmartSniff provides 2 methods for capturing TCP/IP packets :
- Raw Sockets (Only for Windows 2000/XP or greater): Allows you to capture TCP/IP packets on your network without installing a capture driver. This method has some limitations and problems.
- WinPcap Capture Driver: Allows you to capture TCP/IP packets on all Windows operating systems. (Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003) In order to use it, you have to download and install WinPcap Capture Driver from this Web site. (WinPcap is a free open-source capture driver.)
This method is generally the preferred way to capture TCP/IP packets with SmartSniff, and it works better than the Raw Sockets method.

SQLiteSpy was designed to be a fast and compact GUI database manager for SQLite. It reads SQLite3 files and executes SQL against them. Its graphical user interface makes it very easy to explore, analyze, and manipulate SQLite3 databases.
Here are some key features of "SQLiteSpy":
· Database at a Glance – The schema treeview displays all items contained in a database, including tables, columns, indexes and triggers. Press F5 to update the schema tree, double-click a table or view to display its data, use the context menu for frequently used commands.
· Grid Cell Editing – Table cells are editable in the grid: Display a table via the schema treeview, select a cell and press F2 to invoke the editor. Then modify and confirm to write your changes back to the table.
· Data Type Display – The native SQL data types are displayed with different background colors to help detect type errors. Type errors can cause performance degradation or wrong SELECT result sets if NULL values are confused with empty strings.
· Full Unicode – SQLiteSpy fully supports SQLite's Unicode capabilities. Data display and entry is completely realized as Unicode, including SQL commands.

· Compact Result Storage – The internal data storage mechanism uses SQLite's native data types for optimal compatibility. As a result, SQLiteSpy uses far less memory than other SQLite managers and handles large tables much more efficiently.
· Built in SQLite Engine – SQLiteSpy comes as a single file executable with the SQLite database engine already build into the application. There is no need to distribute any DLLs, which makes SQLiteSpy easy to deploy with customers.
· Encryption Support – SQLiteSpy can read and modify encrypted database files generated by DISQLite3. DISQLite3 implements its own native AES encryption which is not compatible with the commercial SQLite Encryption Extension (SSE) or any such implementation offered by other 3rd parties.

헤일로 3 : ODST를 알고나면 더 재밌다.
ODST는 고공 궤도 낙하 부대 특별 부대로 그들의 시각으로 지구의 운명을 그리게 된다. 헤일로 3부작인 마지막 편에서 새로운 시각과 여러 요소를 더해 전작의 감동을 그대로 이어가며 새로운 무기와 재미, 도구를 더 추가했기 때문이다.
이번에 새로 추가된 Firefight는 새로운 협업 멀티플레이 모드로 최대 4명의 플레이어가 ODST 부대원이 되어 적과 싸우게 되어 기대감이 크다. 기오스 오브 워2 코옵 모드의 경우 5인이 한 팀이 되어 전술에 따라 스테이지를 쉽게 해결해나갈 수 있어 정식 출시가 되면 아마도 좋은 비교가 되지 않을까 한다.
이쯤되면 킬러 타이틀이란 수식어가 붙어도 무리가 없으리라 생각된다. 2009년 하반기 딱히 대적할 수 있는 타이틀이 없어 XBOX360 골드 회원이라면 정말 기다려질 것이다.

코어 게이머가 아닌 이상 XBOX360 엘리트 패키지를 선뜻 구매하기란 쉽지는 않습니다. XBOX360 엘리트 패키지는 과연 그만한 가치가 있을까요? 그렇다면 XBOX360 엘리트 패키지를 왜 구매해야 할까요?
1. FPS 게임들이 넘쳐 납니다. XBOX360은 경쟁 기종인 소니 플삼보다 라이브 시스템이 잘 되어 있어 온라인에서 항상 피튀기는 스릴을 맛볼 수 있어 FPS 매니아에겐 축복같은 기종이죠.
2. 앞으로 대작이 줄줄이 쏟아집니다. 기타 히어로 5, 헤일로 : OSDT, 헤일로 : 리치, 락 밴드, 철권 6, 콜 오브 듀티 모던 어페어 2, 메탈 기어 솔리드 : 라이징, 어쌔신 크리드 2, 파이널 판타지 13 등 모든 게임을 하드디스크에 저장하고도 남을 충분한 용량이죠.

6. 엘리트를 구매해야하는 가장 현실적인 이유가 삼돌이의 공포인 레드링 현상이 이제는 1% 미만이기 때문입니다. 제스퍼 칩셋의 신형 삼돌이가 좋긴 좋나 보네요. 저도 레드링으로 교환한 삼돌이가 2006년 3월 버전이라 항상 불안한 마음을 가지고 있습니다.
7. 엘리트 번들 패키지에는 헤일로 3와 페이블 2가 포함되네요. 삼돌이 독점 게임을 한 번에 구입할 수 있으니 일거양득.
8. 엘리트 색상은 블랙입니다. 블랙하면 남자의 색상이잖아요. 본체, 패드, 헤드셋, 케이블까지 올 블랙이라 확실히 더 간지가 나는 것 같네요.

| 노트북 사용자를 위한 제품을 하나 소개해볼까 합니다. 파인패드(FinePad)라고 부르는 이 제품은 마우스 패드 공간을 제공하면서 쿨링 시스템까지 갖춘 핸드메이드 신개념 노트북 패드로 넓고 안정적인 작업 환경에서 빛을 발합니다. 한 번 살펴보죠. 제품의 크기가 어느 정도인지 가늠할 수 있게 농구공을 놓고 촬영해봤습니다. 어느 정도 크기일지 대충 상상이 가시나요? ^^ ▲ 제품 구성은 쥬미안 파인패드, USB 케이블, 간단 설명서로 이루어져 있다. 쥬미안 파인패드는 가로 60cm, 세로 39cm, 쿨러부의 높이가 4cm로 기존 마우스 패드 크기를 생각한다면 상당히 크다는 것을 알 수 있다. 패드 색상은 블랙/브라운 두 종류가 있다. ▲ 패드 바닥면의 모습 ▲ 측면에서 본 모습. 앞서 소개한 대로 쿨러부의 높이는 약 4cm 정도 ▲ 패드 재질은 인조 가죽으로 되어 있고 표면은 스크래치없이 깨끗한 상태였다. ▲ 쿨러는 양쪽에 2개가 배치되어 있다. 핸드메이드 제품이라 바늘질도 일일이 수작업으로 했을텐데 꽤 정교하게 튼튼하게 박음질 되어 있는 상태다. 쥬미안 파인패드 두께도 두툼한 편이라 적당한 듯 싶다. ▲ 쿨러의 후면부 모습 중앙 USB 포트 양쪽으로 4개의 선으로 흡입구가 있고 좌측 끝 부분에 팬의 세기를 조절할 수 있는 스위치가 있다. ▲ 제공되는 USB 케이블을 후면 포트와 연결하여 사용한다. ▲ 3단계(빠른 속도, 정지, 느린 속도) 강약 조절 스위치 ▲ 선 관리가 편리한 USB 케이블 ▲ USB 연결 케이블의 최대 길이
▲ 케이블의 길이는 적절하게 당겨서 유지시켜주면 된다. ▲ 15.4인치 노트북과 마우스를 사용하는 환경이다. 노파심에 혹시나 해서 찍어본 모습이지만 노트북을 바닥에 그냥 거치시켜 놓고 사용하면 안된다. 바닥과 수평 상태면 쿨러 바람이 노트북 상단면과 맞닿아 버리기 때문에 쿨링이 제대로 될 리 없다. 이런 식으로 노트북을 쿨러 지지대 위에 거치시켜야 노트북의 발열을 잡을 수 있다. 게다가 적절한 경사 덕분에 타이핑이 더 수월함은 물론이고 노트북 작업 환경에 맞게 팬 속도 조절이 가능해 여름이면 신경쓰이는 노트북의 발열 문제로 고민할 필요가 없다. 쥬미안 파인패드를 일주일 이상 계속 사용하면서 느낀 점은 노트북 사용자의 환경이 정리정돈이 잘 되어 있고 깔끔한 상태일수록 빛을 발한다는 점입니다. 일단 패드의 가로 길이가 60cm니 최소한, 이 정도의 공간이 나질 않는 환경이라면 어떻게 해볼 도리가 없죠. 광마우스를 사용하면서 따로 패드를 준비할 필요도 없고 도킹 스테이션은 아니더라도 적절한 경사도로 인한 타이핑의 편안함과 사용자가 선택적으로 변경 가능한 팬 속도 등 기본적으로 마우스 패드와 쿨링 역할은 충실한 편입니다. 아쉬운 점은 앞서 설명한 게 전부라는 점입니다. 제가 생각했을 때 쥬마인 파인패드에 바라는 점은 딱 한가지 였습니다. 쿨러부 후면에 넣었다 뺄 수 있도록 길이 조절이 가능한 문서 지지대를 추가하고 상단부에 클립으로 종이를 매달아 타이핑을 편리하게 할 수 있었으면 어땠을까 하는 생각이 계속 들더군요. 일단 공간이 여유가 있으니까요. 그리고 핸드메이드 제품이라 하나 5만 원대 후반의 가격은 조금 부담이 될 수 있겠네요.

For each created socket, the following information is displayed: socket handle, socket type, local and remote addresses, local and remote ports, total number of send/receive bytes, and more. You can also watch the content of each send or receive call, in Ascii mode or as Hex Dump.
SocketSniff doesn't require any installation process or additional dll files. In order to start using it, simply run the executable file - SocketSniff.exe
After running it, select the process that you want to inspect, and click Ok. You must select a process that already loaded the winsock library, otherwise, the action will fail. After clicking Ok, SocketSniff will start showing the activity of Windows socket for the selected process.
The upper pane displays the list of all created sockets. When selecting a socket in the upper pane, the lower pane displays the receive and send calls of the selected socket.
Using SocketSniff In Windows Vista:
SocketSniff can work in Vista even when UAC (User Account Control) is turned on, as long as the process that you wish to inspect run in the same account and security context of SocketSniff. However, if you want to inspect a process that runs under administrator account, you must also run SocketSniff as administrator. (right-click on SocketSniff.exe and choose 'Run As Administrator')

BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during ´blue screen of death´ crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file description, and file version).
For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane. BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly caused the crash.
Features:
Automatically scans your current minidump folder and displays the list of all crash dumps, including crash dump date/time and crash details.
Allows you to view a blue screen which is very similar to the one that Windows displayed during the crash.
BlueScreenView enumerates the memory addresses inside the stack of the crash, and find all drivers/modules that might be involved in the crash.
BlueScreenView also allows you to work with another instance of Windows, simply by choosing the right minidump folder (In Advanced Options).
BlueScreenView automatically locate the drivers appeared in the crash dump, and extract their version resource information, including product name, file version, company, and file description.
System Requirements:
BlueScreenView works with Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, and Windows 7, as long as Windows is configured to save minidump files during BSOD crashes.
Currently, BlueScreenView can only read minidump files of 32-bit systems, but it cannot read the dump files created by x64 systems. It´s possible that x64 support will be added in future versions.
